2025 February
Ride for the Blind!
​
Once again the snowmobile club hosted a snowmobile ride for the Michigan Community Services for the Blind and Physically Disabled at the Eagles of Indian River. The folks are part of the winter camp in Grayling that provide a taste of winter sports for them to enjoy!
​
Thank you to our volunteers who brought food for lunch, provided their 2up snowmobiles and driving time, extra snowmobiling clothes and helmets and clean up crew!
​
The day was perfect and the they reported that the trails were nice and smooth! Thank you to the grooming club that helped make that happen.
​
Again, thank you all for making this event a success!!

Trail Brushing
Thank you Bill Praither, Tom Stevens, Jim Schaaf, Tom Konkel, Dan Nicklay, John Nordstrom and Ed Taglauer for volunteering to help with brushing the trails. Ed took the cutter out and cut back some trees and brush to make way for the Grooming tractors this winter. The rest of the crew picked up the cuttings to clear the trails! Let it Snow!!

Christmas Party
Stafford's Bay View Inn, Petoskey.
The Inland Lakes Snowmobile Club enjoyed their Annual Christmas Party at Stafford's Perry Hotel in Petoskey. The drive to Petoskey was slow due to the fresh snow coming down but everyone arrived safely! We enjoyed cocktail hour and a sit down dinner topped off with minty ice cream from Kilwin's Chocolates and Ice Cream.
